Brian Tremblay

Brian Tremblay's passion for music started at a young age, listening to his sister's old Beatles records on the family RCA portable record player stereo. However, it wasn't until a hockey player staying at his family's home played his Gibson SG along to B.B. King records that Tremblay became fascinated with the guitar and decided to ask his parents for one. Despite breaking both wrists in high school, he persevered and continued to play guitar, eventually forming the Sinister Hearts and releasing 10 singles on various streaming services that have received airplay and accolades on multiple online radio stations.

Tremblay's music is influenced by outlaw country singer/songwriters like Townes Van Zandt and Steve Earle, as well as his early influences of The Beatles and The Monkees. He is drawn to the storytelling ability of songwriters and incorporates imagery from his photography, painting, and drawing into his songs. Despite briefly walking away from music, Tremblay's passion was reignited while creating a program for The Borderline, a local radio station, and he continues to create in his home studio, crafting an album to be released in affiliation with MorningStar Records in 2024.
